Now finally with the latest updates, this scenario has changed and all segments and brands can advertise on Instagram, which is a very interesting option for anyone who wants to invest in digital marketing.

To advertise on this social network, you need to access business.facebook.com (which consists of a business manager) and create an account. This page should be linked to the Business Facebook account (go to Settings <Pages and check – if it is not, click on “add new page”). In doing this, the platform will inform you that the ads are being implemented gradually and may not yet be available. You will have the option to claim an account on Instagram. Then you should go back to the menu and access the Power Editor and create a Campaign and then a set of ads. If your dashboard does not offer the option to create Campaign, there will be the “Create Publication” button. The monitor opens a screen that provides the ad set creation. It is after this step that you can look for it in the Power Editor and click on Edit – at the end of the screen there is the option to mark the placement and it is only put Instagram. Finally, after all this process, it is already possible to create an ad. (You must click the “Create Ad” button that appears on the left side of “Create Ad Set”). Lastly, be sure to finish by uploading your changes (click “Upload Changes”).
